How Do You Build a Strategy?

When, when talent started becoming one part of that was not always intuitive to you. One person liked that question, but this person said they didn't like it. And i get all those insights, and i formulate a strategy in my brain. I see holes in the market. I see underserved segments. I see differentop unities. I see opportunities to think about a different business model.
