How to Encourage Women Leaders in Our Churches

I'm so honored that you would be on today to tackle this issue particularly. I think my assumption is that there are people that are listening in today that although cognitively might agree, they look around their circles and they're like there's just way too many guys here. So what should we be thinking about? What when we think about this issue? Let's assume we're in that picture. How can we not that guys are bad, but how can we encourage you know more women to lead within our context?
