In an ideal sense, it's a train the trainer's model. How many people will be trained to deploy into these crisis places and train this huge number of people? What or the life courses of your tinages to day are like a really strategic intervention level. These young people who are looking at graduating from their high schools, going to college, see that path is not really making much sense,. And then saying, what do i do instead? See, these are also the people who are ready for an initiation rhichal. They write on the cusp of it.
