In the lead-up to this by-election, my narrative was always, okay, so we know that at the last election, Albenese was an unknown entity within the electorate. We know that his stocks are now on much higher. And really, it was about Morrison. It wasn't about some of the points we've been making, which is, well, actually it's a generational problem they're now facing. They've got problems with two of the most rapidly emerging diverse communities in the country. The real undercurrents that are driving these results.
