The idea of industrial competition with China and the idea that if we are going to do a Cold War containment exercise, then we can't possibly be buying a lot of critical things from China. We have spent the last 34 years allowing Wall Street to offshore and outsource and invest elsewhere. And there's a lot of industries that just have gaping holes in them, beat masks, beat pharmaceuticals. So I think that adds up to something more structural.
