The Importance of Trees in Landowners
The market in our region is for people who just want a productive dairy farm. I haven't seen a farm that yet or anywhere in the world that couldn't do better to meet those landholder objectives with some more trees or better managed trees. People have a lot of trees on their property, but they're not the trees they want in the right place or they haven't been managed effectively to provide the values that they're looking for.
