Cocaine Ken told Jerry Clark that he, Bill Rothstein, Marjorie, Darl Armstrong and Floyd Stockton had come up with a plan to raise $250,000 so that he could kill Marj's dad. The FBI spent two years trying to get something resembling a confession out of Marj. Between December 2005 and July 2007, they interviewed Marj eight times. And despite the advice from her own lawyer, that now might be a good time to talk, Marj downright refused to give them anything. Since the two year maximum term was approaching, the federal grand jury had no choice. They went with what they had, an indicted Marj and Ken with armed bank
