How Do You Hold Your Breath?

Annie flew out to canada, spent a day training with them in their house and then went to her hotel pool. Most people can hold their breath for about a minute or two, but beyond that, what happens is carbon dioxide starts to build up in your body,. Your brain starts to panic. It'll try and get you to inhale and exhale before it shuts down.
