Scale Up - Personal Growth?
In a slow growth company, maybe you're going to work on that small project or that existing project. And it's harder to see your impact where in a scale up environment, you have so much opportunity. But again, it's really heavily depending where you're handing up. You do have huge opportunity over there. Even if it's like a constant fire and it's I agree, it might not fit everybody depending on their mood. At least you know that some people are using what you're doing, right?
