"We're always with an eye towards making sure that all students are being supported and presented as sense makers," she says. "In my kind of curriculum, that happens to maybe three times a week where we're doing those rich things." She suggests putting kids up invisibly randomly chosen groups at vertical non-permit surfaces for rich curricular tasks.
