The Importance of Risk in Entrepreneurship

I really believe one of the reasons Jews were such great entrepreneurs and wanted is because they weren't afraid of risk. I've noticed when you're second, third generation and you're in air, H-E-I-R. You got something to lose. So what now some of these young people from wealthy families work very hard. Most don't. And until I joined Oakdale, I never knew there were Jews who didn't work.
