How to Make the Most of Startup Weekend

After startup weekend, there was just all of this momentum that was built up. And I essentially had a team. So I left with seven co founders, which is absolutely insane from that weekend. It took me about 18, 12 to 18 months after that startup weekend to actually go full time into stage label as well and quit my job.
