How to Get to Zero in 20 Minutes
For most people, about 80% of their emails are just like review, got it. Another 20% are actually things you have to do and get lost in between all those others. If this decision is going to take you longer than a minute or two, what I would suggest doing is creating a folder that says either at action or at respond. There's also really good application called boomerang which will send an email back into your inbox if the person hasn't responded within three or four days.
