The Importance of Feedback in Teaching
Teaching is very relational, and it's a work in progress as learning is. The feedback that we seek from our students is critical to help us look at what we're missing,. We made assumptions we didn't make. It really helps us move forward in a kind, equitable, and liberatory way. I hope when I finish a class that it's not just my students who are changed that I changed as well.
