How Do You Approach Your Milestones?

I want to talk about quite a few of those topics as our interview goes on, particularly the trading community. How do you feel about celebrating the successes versus still having a ways to go? What's your philosophy on that? Sure. Back then is a very different person from who I am now and I think I've learned a lot, matured a lot. But I think the world's also progressed in terms of balance and performance and productivity.
