Why African Americans Are More Likely to Be Victims of Police Violence
As a result of the quest for diversity, we sacrifice quality and as a result, African Americans are now even more likely to be the victims of police brutality. A lot of more experienced white officers who may have been on this police force probably resigned because they're too afraid to continue working in predominantly black areas. Also, when it comes time to hire new policemen, if you're doing so in a predominantly black neighborhood, you're just not going to get the same caliber of applicants because so many otherwise qualified white applicants are too afraid to take the risk of policing in black neighborhoods.
