The Dempseys Sues Nine One
Kathleen Dempsey was stabbed and had her throat slit. She called 911, but the dispatcher thought it was a hoax. After listening to tape of call, he found out she lived in lexington,. He called his shift commander, who told him to call dempsey. The line was busy cause she washolding it. And the police were asked to check on her. It took more than five hours until they actually got there and found her dead near the foot of her bed, clutching the phone. Her family is now suing nine one for $1 million.
