How to Optimize Your Exercise for Sleep

There is a circadian component to exercise. I would say, you know, anytime you can exercise, it probably offsets anything else. If you don't want to fall asleep earlier, basically the circadian dead zone for exercises like 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Is there an ideal time for us, particularly as women to work out? It seems from literature, there might be some benefits in the morning but I wouldn't recommend for women to train fasted.
