I'd actually highly suggest if you 5050 for anyone that's just starting out I think the only exception is if you've already raised money, right? If you're hiring like an engineer I would say be equity generous give them like one through five percent for your first engineer depending on how much you've raised. You find that's kind of the best way or yeah? Yeah, okay, and you've done a lot of Fund raising you had written a an article on it and it couldn't pull it up Which is got me totally hanging because it was like I wrote this long thing on exactly how you do fundraising.
