The Killing of a Whale in the Movie

I love the shot when he looks so scared of her. I feel like that would have had so much more weight if we had seen Naturian, Spider, interact in any way. But we don't and so we have no idea what their relationship is until at the end. And then she slice him across the chest. So that was all really well earned. Yeah. They're not in the scene after that. The whale comes in for a diversion and there's a whole army of reef people. Where'd they go? One random dude, shoot a helicopter, I think. Those reef people really kind of pieced out eventually.
