M described the two parts to a conversation as 'a dance' Thee's the sort of rhythm of a conversation, embedded in empathy and curiosity. And there's the steps of the dance, which is more sort of research past. M says anybody can stop practising this m stop by reflecting on how many question my questions were genuinely open,. How many of them were i curious about the answer? Or how many tht i had i have a pre determined answer in my head? It's the start point. But they're like, everything we said to day, how does it fit into your environment and the colt you're tryng to create?
