The celiac plexus innervates most of the abdominal viscera like we talked about lower esophagus stomachs, mal intestine pancreas and liver. So it sounds to me like the uterus if I'm remembering my anatomy correctly is not located in the peritoneum but in the pelvis so I think that's going to be further down the chain.
