What Empathy Can Bring to Your Life?
When you lead with empathy it's actually making sure that the other person beyond how you feel is okay and learning how to put your experiences aside for a second to help someone else again. You're not judging that person and you're creating a safe environment for someone to feel like they're hurt despite the fact that they're already probably killing themselves about this decision they've made. If you don't agree just message me I mean at the end of the day this is a podcast with my opinion so it really doesn't mean anything but this is I guess my perspective on what what empathy can bring to your life in terms of investing in yourself.
