The History of the Sterling Castle
Underwater archaeology is to try to preserve and to keep an eye on the sites. You can't just go down and start taking things off of a boat just because it's there. There are maritime laws that protect these sites. We were told not to break anything up unless it was an imminent danger of being washed away.
