Is DST a Good Idea?

The changing is definitely a problem. There's no question about that. But if you get to which, which one should be permanent, it's a mixed bag. I think we should go to permanent DST and make school start an hour later. A lot of people already have flex time in terms of when they start their day for work but we could make that more standard. The other thing is DST matches better with solar power and energy use. If we want to match my solar power, DST is better.
