"It's always good to talk to your old friends and see where they're at, see what they're up to. And maybe there's a chance they're playing stand up bass in a blues band," he says. "I can't imagine him yelling at nobody. To me, he's just like this super friendly person, but I'm sure he was like getting after the way everyone else was weird that contrast is really interesting."
