How to Be a Servant Leader

Rick Hendrick has patterned in here over decades extremely successful leader businessman racer hall of famer. He'll describe leadership uh as servant leadership so it's an upside down triangle and he says i'm at the bottom and everyone else in the organization my job is to support them and make sure that they're successful.
