Think about the day that you were having. How did it start off? What did you eat that day? How did you sleep the night before? I would have highly encouraged you to hone in on those moments when you were at your best and think about everything that led up toyou feeling that way. If you can reverse engineer those things, then you literally have your own set of ingredients that create the recipe of your emotional regulation.
