Is OpenAI a Real AI Chatbot?

The replica AI chat bots are definitely not as sophisticated as the Lambda system. But it kind of confirms something that I thought was the case months ago,. That means there's like half a dozen people who are almost there. The main bottleneck preventing me or you or anyone from just building one of these ourselves is cost. It just requires so much data and so many computers running on, you know, many, many gigawatts of electricity to train the thing.
