Peer-to-Peer Coaching for Teachers in Difficult Conditions
I'm working with the school actually looking at peer-to-peer coaching. They are in a school in difficult circumstances and they need to improve quickly. We don't want teachers to feel like their creativity is being stifled. I think that's quite a good way within the constraints of having to improve and then be working on mastery because they're coaching each other, he says.
