I Need to Rest

I'm working on how to stop that so that I can correct because it is so easy and comfortable for me to just be like, yep, that's right. It's all going to shit. Oh, well, that's judgment. That's judgment. Labeling it. Pathetic is already into judgment. So hopefully the next time on our next show, I'll be like, here's what I learned how to do, which was really like rest. Well, it's interesting because it does apply to our characters too. What are those things in their head that they believe are absolutely true? Or else we're like judging your character.
