A.B. Invev Sells Beer and Beverage Brands to Tilray Brands
A.B. Invev is selling eight beer and beverage brands, including Shocktop and Blue Point to the cannabis company Tilray Brands for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition includes breweries and brew pubs associated with the brands, as well as current employees. It will make it the fifth largest craft brewer in the U.S. with a five percent share of the market.
