Anxiety sufferers often ask, does this ever get better? And the answer is that it will have an incremental improvement. We do see that medicine and therapy work. Even with my anxiety, i've gone into remission, sometimes for years,. But then something happens in life, something's happening in me, that causes it to maybe flare up acutely for a while... It can linger chronically for a while in a very mild state. So we always remind you this exists inside of you. You're going to have to use those tools. Sometimes those tools include medication. Other times they are merely psychotherapy tools or support. What you work on starts change. I wish i could say one day
