Will It Happen the Day Before the Election?

If the democrats in congress get their ship to and actually pass these bills, byden signs them, that will have an effect on the virginia race. I mean, i guess what i'm asking is, does it matter whether it happens or not? H to the outcome of that race? It would be helpful. History has shown in the last several state wide races, they've not been close in virginia. And i think a this one is certainly no doubt this one will be closer.
