I hear, i get questions along these lines from people who are a bit newer to weight lifting. What are your thoughts on knowing when, let's say ill take weight lifting right? And when, when it's pain, that means it's time to stop. Verses a discomfort, maybe it's muscle soreness. People want to listen to their body, but at the same time, they want to make sure they're not fooling themselves into just training less intensely than they should or could.
