How to Give Feedback to Your Team

There's a big culture here with giving feedback and as often as possible, before the actually official through 60s come around. So I do appreciate that because from time to time, someone will pull me aside and tell me, hey, we chatted about this or it's very candid here. Do you have an experience of that?
