Controllable Electronic Records - A New Category of Personal Property That Can Be Subjected to Control

The aim was to create a body of commercial rules that would apply to a certain type of digital assets, but not all digital assets. We didn't want the game was not to create rules for buying and selling Facebook pages or your Gmail inbox or the songs you have purchased in iTunes. That's not what this was about. And so we, it was necessary to create a new category that would catch the right stuff and not catch the wrong stuff. The idea of the benefit from the record is genius because that can be very subjective. But I think Article 12 stands tall in that respect in that.
