Micro-Massage Moments

The idea of micro massage is that in one stroke or a few moments right you can bring all of the attention, presence, kindness, affection that we would in a full body massage. And so this can look any number of ways it can be clothed or naked it can be with massage oil but most often it's not because it's spontaneous. This is an antidote for a touchless culture. It's saying yes to touch on purpose and then when we reach out to touch one another, it is with full reverent presence and devotion.
