The Role of Carbohydrate Timing in Muscle Mass Gain

I don't know how much detail I want to go into any of that but as an overview level there are some kind of key things I would take off. There's some he looks to kind of ticked off most of the ones that I would have recommended and not much else I can say there. So for muscle mass specifically I don't know if there is much of a rationale for having like low glycogen availability or low carb hydrant intake for driving more muscle mass. The only mechanism I can imagine there is if someone says well if we can have low carbohydrate or low glycogen available for these training sessions and we get these changes at the level of the muscle.
