The motor agreement levels in those final sort of 46 repetitions are not going to be dramatically higher on the final rep because you're doing a really intense exercise. That's another reason why I don't like the R PE scale is because I think the RPE scale is horrible. People associate a really super high degree of effort with asuper high degree of motor you're recruitment that's a right that's multiple places that's the problem. The motiness group system works by which central movement is ultimately limited by where it has to go.
