I Can't Run

I missed a step and I put all of my weight on my, is my right foot. So it was like I sort of shunted all the muscle and ligament and bone. It felt like I don't think it was bone because I would have been screaming in agony if I'd actually broken something. But yeah, I did this sort of impact thing. And I was really worried to start with,  is it a stress factor or something that's happened? When I broke my elbow, I had that where I landed. This was a much more innocent going to get my veg box injury. He says he can't run for two to four weeks but will still take part
