The Free Private Cities Foundation in Honduras Is a Great Example of That
The Free Private Cities Foundation was important in moving the charter city ideas in Honduras onto some concrete new innovative legal arrangements it's what Tito's origins are lawyers so he focused on that how what could it look like. The general idea is that you first negotiate with a government and of course there's a downside that's obvious but again it comes from the approach of the mining industry. You don't want to risk something very capital in sense a very long term if you don't clear up the situation in the beginning.
