The Hanson family came from Long, Sweden and they came about 1890. They stopped in Chicago on the way for about a year. When you were a boy where there's still people around here who spoke Sweden. My mom couldn't get along with him. She loved them but they were very not not tough not talented conversationalists. All they wanted to do is work. It was like you know Saturday morning my father would say this isn't an old man's club. What are you doing here? We said we're sitting down at 7 30 in the morning on Saturday morning.
