The Argument That Bigger Churches Have Less Opportunity

It seems as if the bigger the group, the more opportunity you would have to select from the most skilled prophetic people among you. I just feel like that's so contrary to what we see in scripture. There's tons of large gatherings that are mentioned over and over in the Old and the New Testament. The Bible says that these things edify the church, it glorifies God,. And I would think that the larger the church, you would want more and more of that.
