At the beginning of this invasion, vladimir putten said he would not target civilians. But overtime, as the russian military has failed to win, they are targeting civilians more ten. In any war, there are all kinds of mistakes made. We make mistakes. The longer it goes on, the more frustrated the russians become. And so we're now in the pummelling stage of this war, and i i suspect it's going to continue.
