Sausages are fine easy but only because the sausages I buy really lean and I don't mind if they're slightly burnt on the top. Once burn some mince in a bolognese and that was pretty horrible. I set fire to a lump of lamb once which was slightly alarming I had to call a friend and go I've had a small fire.
