The Pros and Cons of Think Aloud Feedback

Think aloud is great because people generally, they have to be coached a little to know how to sort of articulate their thoughts. But once you make it clear to them, you're not testing them. You're testing the website. It's just so informative. The more we can get some sample others to use it before we put it out there is always helpful. I'm hoping that this conversation will inspire people to try usability testing and go deeper into pairing learning with design.
