The Need for Grace Is More Than Faith, Hope and Love
Grace is often understood by aquinas as a movement. We are moved, in a way, toward god, stimulated. Were moved toward thatat greater depth in god. Finally, toward the last day, when we're lifted into eternal communion with god. That requires some special gift of god, elevatings. You can never merit it. It's something god simply gives you.
