Is There Value to Locking In?
A lot of these players are like taking active steps to make it so you're in their ecosystem. I think the other reason is really for the target audience that are not power users, that are more in a consumption mindset. In my dream world, there would be some new operating system hardware platform that would rise up purely for those productive uses. Now the reality is it takes millions, maybe even billions to create a fully featured operating system computing ecosystem today. So we'll see. But this is the sort of things that I spend my days thinking about for better or worse.
