What Is the Upenishad About?
The upenishad has 12 mantres, and it undertakes two kinds of inquiry. The first mantra is about the ome inquiry, and the second matre is about the self inquiry. If we are going to realize i am brahman, we need to inquire into ourselves. There are different techniques in veranta for revealing what makes us who we are.
